Course Description

The Master of Science in Management and Leadership (MSML) helps prepare students to gain specialized leadership skills and knowledge designed to prepare them to pursue managerial and executive positions in a wide range of industries. These skills can be acquired through hands-on application, peer engagement, and instruction by current leaders across varying industries.

The curriculum encourages you to identify real-life professional challenges by building a resume of case studies and projects, hypothesizing and testing solutions, and measuring results. Current concepts are examined to help ensure that the strategies they learn are relevant.

This program is designed to be completed in as little as one year. It is ideal for students who have not yet acquired managerial experience or do not possess an undergraduate degree in a business subject who wish to gain skills to cross into an organizational leadership role.
